Adhesive Ratio
MA300 1:1 General
Purpose. Bonds most common plastics and bare metals.
Fastest of
all 1:1 methacrylates.
MA310 1:1 For
"hard to bond" plastics: Nylon, Nylon Alloys, Polyesters, Epoxy. Polyurethanes, Polyureas,
SMC's. MAS 10 has an extended open time
for large
assemblies.
MA320 10:1 Fast
General Purpose. Bonds most common
plastics, including SMC's, and
metals. Most
flexible methacrylate in Plexus line.
MA330 Pigmented version of
MA310. Adhesive is sandable and has excellent
finishing qualities.
Dark gray color.
MA340 1:1 Pigmented
and filled version of MA310 Adhesive has
improved flexibility and
d gap
filling qualities for use in "hard-to-bond" applications. Also has
excellent sanding
and finishing characteristics.
MA550 10:1 White
pigmented. non-yellowing, U.V. stable adhesive with extended open time for large surface
area applications. MA550 cures within 1 hour to form a tough waterproof bond with
high tensile shear impact and peel
strengths over a wide range of temperatures.
EP360 Medium cure,
non-shrinking epoxy with high clarity and strength for use on metals.
EP370 Primerless
toughened epoxy adhesive for use on SMC, E-Coat Steel, fast cure, high
strength, sandable and paintable.
Good peel strength.
EP380 Toughened structural
adhesive with superior impact, peel and fatigue resistance. Good for applications requiring a
high viscosity adhesive for increased gap filling
capabilities. Used on all metals and thermoset
plastics.
EP390 High viscosity thixotropic gel epoxy for all metal bonding applications
requiring a
fast cure (5 minutes) and increased gap filling capabilities.
